Our Mission

We help businesses prosper through equitable environments

43% of companies with diverse boards have higher profits than companies with non-diverse boards. At J Galloway Group, we’re here to help you achieve that and so much more.

Take your business further with high-caliber talent to build a more equitable environment that will promote positive and impactful social change.

Be a leader they'll follow

Benefit your company in more ways than one with an equitable team at the leadership level.

Win the war for talent

Give your company a competitive edge when it comes to attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

Improve decision making quality

Make better quality decisions faster with less cognitive bias or groupthink, resulting in a higher business performance.

Foster innovation & customer insights

Bring different experiences, perspectives and approaches to better serve diverse markets.

Increase employee satisfaction

Improve employee satisfaction and reduce conflict, improving collaboration and loyalty.

I don’t want our company to be a reflection of society but rather a reflection of what we want society to be.
J Galloway Group is helping us achieve that.

Meet Joey

The man behind the mission

Joey Galloway is a former NFL star wide receiver, an ESPN analyst, and an advocate for social injustices facing diverse groups.

Over the last few years, Galloway noticed a rapidly increasing trend within large-scale businesses: a lack of diversity at the leadership level. In 2021, he decided to leverage his influence and founded the J Galloway Group to bridge the gap to drive social change forward and support businesses’ D&I initiatives.
